Before agency life softened my hands to the delicate texture of surgical gloves filled with Cream of Wheat, I used to earn calluses along with my paychecks. I’ve been a sheep herder, an apple picker and a grove hand. I did a brief stint in construction, where I was once the only person in a meeting of fourteen without a mustache. That’s 93% mustaches. I still love to make things, but these days the meeting mustache quotient is slightly lower.
After graduating from the Creative Circus, I did the whole New York thing for a while. Now I’m back in Atlanta. I’ve helped lead big budget tv, no budget social, digital experiences, physical installations, VR, DM, OOH, ETC. for everything from tequila to toothpaste. Along the way I picked up a few shiny awards, a lot of takeout, one wife and two kids.
